No, only low-impact (> 8 weeks) ToOs can be proposed as part of the GO
Call in the warm mission. High/medium-impact ToOs (< 8 weeks) can only
be submitted as Director's Discretionary Time (DDT) proposals.
Late ephemeris updates will not be supported in GO proposals during the warm mission. Any observations requiring a late ephemeris update must be submitted via a DDT proposal.
Do you have a really good reason for wanting this? We prefer to have chains less then 8 hours for normal science observations, but make exceptions in the case of high precision IRAC photometry (eg. for exoplanet light curves)
You can create chains long...
DO YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD REASON FOR WANTING TO DO THIS? We do allow
observations longer then 24 hours if scientifically justified, but we
really do prefer shorter observations in order to do spacecraft
calibrations on a routine schedule.
The maximum du...

Cycles 6 and up took place during the Spitzer 'warm' mission after the
cryogenic mission ended. After cryogen depletion, the observatory
continued operating using only the 3.6 and 4.5 micron channels on the
IRAC instrument. The longer wavelength IRAC chan...
